Project Consultation

We chat to understand your needs, vision, and mood. You share your references, inspiration, and important details about the event or project. We summarize our conversation to ensure a shared vision. This can be done via email or Zoom.

Proposal and Quote

I share the sketch concepts depending on the story, mood board, caIligraphy or lettering style, color palette, and materials. You will receive a preview of the direction before final creation begins to ensure that we are envisioning the same story. Collaboration is welcomed and guided gently.

Based on our conversation, I create a tailored plan that includes the scope of work, timeline, materials, deliverables, and investment. Once approved, a deposit secures your project or event date.

Design Direction

Creation

This is where intention and excitement meet! I handletter or illustrate each piece with care, using premium materials and a process rooted in mindfulness. For live events, I bring all professional supplies and arrive early to set up a clean, aesthetic workspace.

Delivery

Finished work is delivered digitally or shipped with protective packaging. For events, personalized pieces are created on-site for your guests to enjoy in real time.

I check in after delivery or event completion to ensure everything exceeded your expectations!
